I don't think this is what you want to hear but, I'm afraid your PC doesn't meet the recommended specifications to run smooth 60FPS.
When you need to render a more demanding load, your AMD Ryzen 5 2400G hasn't enough recourses to handle that kind of load.
I recommend is adding a dedicated graphics card if you want to have a smooth 60 fps gameplay 😳

@Zeelmaekers How is that possible when i run the game at 80fps so smooth before the update and after S4update fps drops in certain areas to 40 ?
that makes no sense tbh..
