Matchmaking issue

Can’t get into match, matchmaking states “ 1 player in queue “ on all game modes even bot Royale

the only game mode working is firing range solo

Not played the game for a year or two. I have tried exiting game, changing servers, I have deleted and redownloaded the game

I have changed the dns network setting on my Xbox.
simply waiting hours, days, nothing.

Extremely frustrating.

paying for Xbox live and can’t play the game I want to 

please help!
