Matchmaking issues on Switch 2 with EA account previously used on Android
Hi, I’m experiencing a matchmaking problem on Apex Legends for Nintendo Switch 2. I linked my EA account, which I had used some time ago on Android, and it seems my progress synced correctly.
The issue is that whenever I try to join an online match, the game shows “Players in queue: 1” and never finds a match, even after waiting several minutes.
I’m using my smartphone’s 5G hotspot connection, which works perfectly fine with other games on Switch 2, like Mario Kart World.
My connection details are:
Ping: around 57 ms
NAT type: B (moderate)
Stable 5G download/upload speeds
Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be because I started playing on Android and now I’m on Switch 2 with the same account? Or could it be a server/data center issue or compatibility problem (I tested many no results).
