Matchmaking list take forever 10- 20 mins
not good when matchmaking take longer then a Whole game ..Shame is seem to be a good game.. but waiting 10 - 20 mins to play is not going to work.

Updated yesterday- or the day before- (Feb. 13/14th) and matches seemed smoother last night but now I'm stuck matchmaking. Status goes between starting server/matchmaking, matchmaking/starting server.
I've done the basic troubleshooting (restart app,ps4,router etc.) Still same outcome.
I am having the same issues on Ps4
Having same problem on pc, first game in solo que is fine second is stuck in matchmaking. I let it sit there for 15 mins then restarted game no luck still.
I am having the same issues on my Xbox one!
I had reported this same issue during the launch of Season 2. This issue still persists, and I have tried all the troubleshooting steps. Reinstalled the game, and even raised the complaint through the EA Help pages.
The last response I got was I need to check the ports with my ISP. Even after opening all ports and manually selecting each required, that I still have the same issue.
Now I even tried a different ISP and the same issue. Just not able to join Matchmaking on Asian servers. Connected from India on Xbox One.

I've been experiencing similar difficulties in matchmaking in Qatar (Middle East).
Max I'll get is 15 players half the time, and that's over 20+ minutes or up to hours. im on pc and my server is north Carolina and i live in florida and im having this problem

I have tried multiple game modes and it is starting to really frustrate me with how long it takes to find a game.

- @EA_Atic Hello, I think have messaged you, but cannot see it anymore. I am having s similar issue. taking at least 10 minuts to find a new game. I am on pc in utah, tried multiple servers and game modes. I have not been able to improve my que time at all... Sometimes taking 20ish minutes for sure.

thank you for your time. I am a player from India. I started playing APEX just 2 days ago. And one of the first and most-annoying problem that I noticed was the matchmaking time which generally ranged between 15-25 minutes for a match which lasted only 5-10 minutes for a newbie like me. I hope you do something about it. I love the game so far...but I am constantly discouraged to play it again due to such long matchmaking times.
Mine is even worse. it is showing 57 minutes to match make. I can not wait that long for a game that lasts around 5 - 10 minutes max omg. I am on a 1Gbs fibre connection. I tried changing servers and nothing worked. I am in South Africa and i think this game is dead now. I uninstalled it just now. The long matchmaking times just left a bad taste and i will reinstall it later to see if it improves. Such a shame because the game seemed promising.
