I need EA to recover my data or else we are going to have a big problem. Sony said that it is on their end. I had a power outage and my game crashed. have not been able to open it up since. I went out and got i new playstation because i thought it was my old playstation that was the problem. I send into my account and Im still getting the same error code. i have put 10,000 hours into this game and thousands of dollars i need to recover my account so everything isn't just lost.
