Issue description：
I'm experiencing a weird matchmaking issue in Apex Legends. When I queue on my account：

• It gets stuck forever showing "1 player in queue"
• Never finds a match, no matter how long I wait
• If I queue with friends, the whole squad gets stuck and can't get into a game

What I've tested (not a local issue)：

• Same PC + network, different account → Matchmaking works instantly, perfectly normal
• Steam → Issue occurs on my account
• EA App → Same issue occurs on my account
• Nintendo Switch (different device, different network) → Same issue occurs on my account

What I've tried (didn't work)：

• Cleared Steam/EA App cache
• Verified game files
• Reinstalled the game
• Changed data center in-game

My conclusion：
The problem follows my EA account everywhere – across different platforms, different devices, different networks. This strongly suggests it's a server-side account data issue (stuck profile state or corrupted matchmaking cache), not a local cache or network problem.

Has anyone experienced this before？ How did you fix it？ Do I have to contact EA support and ask them to reset my account data on their backend？
