Matchmaking stuck on preprocessing

It may be difficult to understand because it is translated from Japanese by the app.

When I play the game once and go back to the lobby to try again, I can't matchmake because it says "pre-processing". I chatted with support once and tried all the solutions but nothing changed. Is there anything I can do? I'm on PS5.
