Matchmaking takes too long PC

I launch the game perfectly, runs smooth. But matchmaking takes up to 20 mins or sometimes never gets me into a match. Family members play on the same wifi in the same house on xbox and have no issues.

Hey @jacksonsteed,

Let's try running through some troubleshooting to see if we can help with the matchmaking issues you've been seeing.

I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having trouble finding a game after that I'd recommend running through the PC-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you've got a chance.

The Apex Legends team confirmed yesterday they were looking into the matchmaking issues that some people are still seeing:

I'd recommend keeping an eye out on the Apex Legends Twitter page for updates on this. The team should post an update there when they have news to share. Thanks for being patient with us while this is under investigation.
