Mergeproblems, plz help

Hello!

I got the first promp to Cross prog on my PS5. Didn´t get the second screen (merge) and nothing has been transfered from the other accounts.

All my acounts, including the Playstation account is linked to the same EA-account and has been so for a long time. They have never been linked (to another account) or unlinked.

When I log into my other plattforms on Xbox, Pc and Switch, The Crossprog has gone trough and I have the same accountlevel on all plattforms, but I only have my Playstation-items on all plattforms. All my packs (75+ unopened),skins and currency (coins, crafting etc) from the other plattforms is gone + the Champion Edition-content from my Switch is also gone. 

So something has gone really wrong in the merge

Please advise!
