Merging 2 Seperate EA accounts
I wanted to merge my accounts to get my progression from xbox to pc. Since i moved to pc i created a completly new EA account at the time since there was no cross progression and no way of getting that stuff back. I know of many people that have done the same and they are unable to get theyre progression back. I created a case on the matter and someone with little english speaking knowledge responded giving me confusing answers to my questions and didint help me what so ever. Im hoping someone has had a similar issue and can help me out PLEASE. (and i got the cross progression screen this morning, thats the only reason im back trying to get my stuff again)

I'm afraid there is not a way to combine or merge progress across multiple EA accounts.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
Regarding seeing the Cross Progression screen again, that is related to an issue we're currently working to address. Please keep an eye on this thread for updates to that particular issue, thanks!
