Mic not working apex legends Xbox

My mic which is a artic 9x works in other games and in Xbox party but will not work for apex and I need someone to help bc I have looked through the forums and tried to fix it but alas I can’t

Hey @__darkshlash__ could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

How to power cycle:

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.

@EA_Atic I have the same issue, its only been since the crossplay update. I have tried powercycling my xbox, I've tried clearing the mac address which was one other solution I saw. But it is still not working. All other games in-game chat is fine as well as party chat.
Plz help I wanna play with my ps4 friends
