Missing Apex Coin after redeeming code.

I redeem 1000 apex coin codes, but it still missing.

Last time I redeemed it, It takes a day to get it.

I sent 2 e-mails to ea help about 2 weeks ago, no replies has come. 

I don't know this help is going on.

Do they really have help center for users?

    Hey @PIum1,

    We're unable to add missing content for Apex Legends here on AHQ. 

    As it's been a while and you haven't heard back from EA Help Support, I'd suggest you try creating a new case so they can take a look at this again.
