Missing Apex coin

Hello, I successfully redeemed an Apex Coins code via my linked Xbox account (Order #1863813137). The order status is completed, but I play on Steam/PC and do not own an Xbox console to log into the game and trigger the cross-progression sync. Could you please manually sync the coins to my EA account?

ThephJUST From what I know of, you would need to log into the game through an Xbox as the item cannot be activated any other way.
