Missing Apex Coins i Bought with Steam Wallet
I have made 3 Separated Cases already regarding this topic each has been marked as resolved without fixing the issue. I have not Received the 1000 Apex Coins i bought on May 27 through steam for almost an entire month can i receive some assistance since the EA live chat feature seems to not work since i seem to wait for like 3-7 hours for a support person or contact through email before giving up for the day.
I also recently chalked it up to a okay maybe it was a glitch i am willing to forgive once surely the 2nd purchase will go through and i will receive my 2nd 1000 apex coins. AGAIN i did not receive my Coins on the second purchase either and this has really pissed me off the fact it has happened twice, its Infuriating i will not stop until i get the apex coins i am owed which is: 2000 Apex Coins Overall I bought on May 27 for 10 Eur Steam Wallet 1000 Apex Coins and then i bought on June 22 another 1000 Apex Coins for 10 Eur Steam Wallet and i have not received them yet.
I have Proof of Purchase and all the relevant info i just want this issue to be resolved and for me to receive the coins i bought or a refund of my steam wallet to my steam account.
I am trying with correct images of proof of purchase that are fully uncut showing web browser addresses and all the relevant info you would need i am also adding in a recent picture of my account in game where it still shows i only have 300 apex coins when i should have 2300 apex coins
Bonus Info: I have tried Verifying Game Files then checked my account no Coins
I have tried launching Apex through the EA Play App No Coins.
I have done a clean Install of Apex NO Coins.
I have done a Restart on my PC NO Coins.
I have tried everything that is possible on my end and nothing has worked.
Please Contact me through Email.
Please Fix this before the current event ends because this is getting ridiculous that i still have not received what i payed for. I would ask for a refund on Steam Support but Steam Support keeps Redirecting me here to EA Support so i am hoping this issue gets resolved by either me getting 2000 Apex coins (THAT I PAYED FOR) or i get a refund of 20 EUR to my Steam Wallet.

I'm not sure why support would redirect you here, I'm sorry for the runaround.
We cannot make any changes to accounts via the forums, which would include granting coins, verifying purchases, etc.
If you (and @JusticeBeav3rs) have not received Apex Coins that were purchased, our support team would need to look into that further.
They'll need these screenshots of the purchase information but should be able to assist once that's verified. Please try reaching out to support again so they can take a look as this isn't something we're able to help with on the forums.
