Missing Apex coins in the game

I did the troubleshooting but the apex coins never came It's still nothing It's already 24hrs waiting but i never received the apex coins?

Can you also launch the game from the EA app to claim your coins? 

I already opened my Apex Legends account in the EA app but there are still no Apex coins. I hope your team can fix this.

.... DONE THIS BUT NO WAY THEY ARE FIXING THIS I ALSO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE BOUGHT 1000 APEX COINS BUT NEVER SEEN IN GAME. WHEN I CONACTED THEM WITH ALL THE PROOF THEY SAID THEY CANT VALIDATE PROOF OF PURCHASE .... EVEN THEY CANT VALIDATE TRANSACTION ID. AND THE ADVISOR WHOS NAME IS MANDEEP CUT ME OFF MIDDLE CONVERSATION. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM EA THEY WILL SCAM YOU...

ok great at least im not the only one going through this non-sense. I have purchased $20 worth on July 27-28th and still nothing.

Bad enough i get cheaters in my ranked games, i get cheated on my money too.
