Missing Apex Coins

Every single time I buy Apex coins, they never appear on my account. I have contacted EA Support but they never help. I have submitted the proof of purchase but they never fix the issue.

    An advisor should be able to replace those coins, but you'll need to wait 24 hours to see if they show up first. If they don't, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/.     @EA_Aljo Can u help me pls I’ve been missing my coins for 4 weeks made over 23 cases and finally today I got a live chat with them and they said I can’t get the coins even tho I gave them full screen proof of the purchases this game is really sad scamming people for money

    @xradenmas i tried this and made mutiple cases about it and every time they asked different questions and when i answer them they didn't reply. now they say i need to livechat/ call but there is no option for that

    Yeah, this doesn't work. I've had cases open since June when I purchased coins back in May and never received them. Multiple cases open prior to that and they were closed with 0 explanation. Got told the usual "It's been over 30 days". Well it wouldn't have been 30 days if EA just solved my issue and I received the product I purchased. Absolute robbed me.

    Hello community manager! I myself have been dealing with this issue all day and have been over the 24 hour time that you guys request. Every person I have talked to says they aren’t able to do anything about it, and I’m pretty much just out of luck I guess. My case number is 187960292, if you’re able to help out, that would be very much appreciated.
