Missing Apex Cosmetics

Missing all my cosmetics from when i was playing on Xbox before i made the switch to pc. Logged into apex on June 16th 2024 around 2:00 am and the only thing i had on my account was just my level from playing on Xbox and the stats to go with it. The last time i remember playing apex was around maybe June July 2021. I can show proof that i had previously bought apex coins and either bought cosmetics in the game or the battle pass during the season i was playing. 

Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

(I have also been in contact with EA help multiple times but have been told they cannot do anything to help in this matter expect to come here and have a community manager try to help me with this matter.)
