So basically I purchased 4 event packs for 2,000 apex coins and I opened 2 event packs but as I went ahead to open pack 3 my screen bugged and it randomly took me back to the event menu where my 2 packs disappeared.
1 person has contacted me and he to is also having the same problem- purchased 4 event packs, only got 3/4.
im hoping me and others can get our missing event packs back.

same thing happened to me, I clicked out of the pack to see the items I got and then lost the other 2 packs

Hi, @danmonkeylax Thank you for the video, it also demonstrates the issue as described by EA_Mako.
Only 2 animations are playing, but you are receiving the contents for all 4 packs.
At 0:32 we can clearly see the counter is at 10/32.
You buy the bundle and inspect the charm, then the issue seems to occur and it drops you back to the pack page, without showing the other 2 packs unlocked. However they were opened, and added to the collection.
At 1:11 you'll see that the counter has moved to 14/32.
If you inspect the page showing all the unlocks you can figure out the contents of the packs you didn't see.I cant find anything that I didn't already have, I'm pretty sure mine are just gone. Even if they were opened and added to your account , how is that OK? You can't just go around opening peoples packs. This event is costing people alot of money and its using gambling tactics to make you buy more and you don't even get that rush of opening the pack to see the animation ? This just seems really shady. Trust is already at an all time low and now this ?

Note: I also using my crafting material for 4 packs.
Hit 4 pack bundle twice 8 packs in total which should put me at 24 items. I only have 13. Please advise.
On the post there's a screenshot Are you * serious none of us willingly open those missing packs that opened in the background what if we wanted to save them? Give us our packs you scum!!!!
@ryanwvvv You’re not allowed to save the packs because the pricing is based on how many you’ve opened. They auto-open the packs to avoid people paying less than the full cost for the event. E.g. if I have opened 5 packs, buy a 4 pack (which would be 2400 coins), normally the next pack would be 700 coins because I’d have 9 packs opened. However, if I instead let it open the first one automatically then close out of the menu to save the other 3 packs, now I only have 6 open so the next pack would only cost 500 coins.
TL;DR, it’s so people don’t break the discount system.
