Missing apex pack from event progression

My case # is 208190326.
On 12-Apr-25, I opened 4 current event packs, which is from the sword heirloom event, at once and it did not award me the correct number of apex packs. Event progression rewards for opening 4 packs will award 2 rare and 1 epic pack. Since I opened 4 all at once, the pop-up for apex pack happened only twice which was 1 rare and 1 epic pack. It might be that a reward pop-up only happens once per different pack and it popped only 1 rare pack instead of 2.
I had 51 packs before opening the 4 event packs. I then opened 4 and the balance would be 47. If I was awarded 3 additional packs due to the event progression, I would have 50 packs remaining but the balance shows only 49. Before creating a ticket to support, I already had refreshed my game by returning to the main menu and then also exiting the game from steam and re-opening it again. There was still a missing pack. I've tried opening apex again after 12 hours and it was still missing.
I had resorted to creating a forum post because EA support cannot validate if my claim is true. If only there is a REWARDS LOG, it can be viewed there how many packs were awarded to me after opening the event packs or any changes to its number. Now posting here for more visibility as others may have the same issue.
