missing battle pass for 1+ month

Apex Legends Ultimate Battle Pass purchased but not granted. Platform PC Steam. EA account email [edit: email address removed]. Game Apex Legends. Season 27 Amped Split 1. Battle Pass type Ultimate. Order date 16/12/25. Order number 1005773996531. Purchased from EA Store.                I purchased the Apex Legends Ultimate Battle Pass on 16/12/25 and received the instant Ultimate rewards such as loot boxes, but the Battle Pass itself was never unlocked. In game it still shows as locked and asks me to purchase it again. I do not receive any Battle Pass rewards even though my Battle Pass level is over 38 and rewards from tier 1 onward are locked. EA Support has confirmed multiple times that on their backend the Battle Pass shows as active and granted to my account, but in game it is not unlocked and no rewards are granted. This issue has been present for over one month. I have already restarted the game, reinstalled Apex Legends multiple times, verified game files, and confirmed I am logged into the correct EA account with all my skins and progression. Multiple live chat cases were escalated internally but denied because the system shows the Battle Pass as already granted, so agents said they cannot re grant it, refund it, or add Apex Coins. Live chat advised me to post here as this is a bug that needs game team review. I am requesting the entitlement be fixed so the Battle Pass unlocks properly, or 950 Apex Coins be granted so I can repurchase it, or a refund. I can provide purchase confirmation, order number, and screenshots if needed.
