Missing content I paid for and had unlocked.

All of my paid for content (characters etc) are locked. I have tried repairing game etc. I still do not have access to content I had access to a couple of hours ago.

I am having the same issue on playstation all my characters and content that I paid its gone all my heirlooms gone and my season pass I spent alot of money into this game an I am getting really pissed off that I cant even enjoy it at all ... I try ea help they refuse to give me either a refund or at least apex coins... I even had apex coins and craft materials completely!!! GONE ... I have pics and proof how much $$ I spent on this game
