Missing content

So I tried to get a more up to date email on my apex and I successfully did that but once it relaunched my game all of my content (skins, badges, heirlooms) where all gone and I was set back down to level 1. I tried to relink the old email but it has been termites by the email itself I have zero access to it anymore. I spent hundreds in this game and it’s all gone.
