Missing Cosmetics After Cross Progression
Hi EA Apex Legends Team. I'm reporting an issue with missing content after the original Cross Progression rollout in 2023. At the time, I had a PS4 account with the name Scorpioking04 and a Steam account under the EA account DipShoots69. Both accounts were tied to the same email, [edit: email address removed]. During the rollout, the accounts were not properly linked, and the system selected my Steam account as the primary. As a result, many cosmetics from my PS4 account did not carry over. These were not PlayStation Plus or exclusive items, but general skins, banners, trackers, and weapon cosmetics that should have been included in the merge. I have not unlinked my platforms since the merger, and this is the first time I am actively returning to the game. I contacted EA Support, and while the issue was supposedly escalated, I was told to simply monitor social media for updates. I am requesting that the Apex team investigate my account history and help restore the missing content. I’m happy to verify anything needed.
