Hello EA Support,

I recently noticed a significant discrepancy in my Crafting Metals balance in Apex Legends. Before purchasing event packs, I had approximately 5,500 Crafting Metals. However, after buying just one event pack for 1,600 Crafting Metals (plus claiming one free pack), my balance dropped to 800 Crafting Metals instead of the expected 2900.

This means I am missing around 1,600 Crafting Metals, which I did not spend elsewhere. I kindly request you to investigate and restore the missing amount.
