Error code 0x8000001

This is a crash report I've seen multiple times when launching APEX on PC Steam.

Already tried: 

Update the driver (the current driver is the latest version); Verify the integrity of game files and reinstall the game; Launch the game cleanly; Check and update the win11 system.

The error report, system information and created dmp file have been uploaded as attachments.
