Missing EA Play Subscription Ranger Weapon Charm

I had this issue before back in June when I originally purchased the 12-month subscription and it was easily solved by 1 representative in Live Chat, but that is seemingly snapped out of existence. I have already contacted support, but the verdict given by 5 separate representatives on the same case number is, "I have checked the attachments and we are unable to validate your claim."

I'm guessing there is a language barrier or something because I followed their steps in providing proof of purchase of the subscription, as well as my EA username, but they have been no help.

Please let me know if there is a Live Chat and it's just buried somewhere, or if there is something else I am missing.

Steps taken:
1. Logging in and out of Steam and Origin
2. Opening Apex on Steam and Origin
3. Restarting, turning off, unplugging my PC (LOL)
4. Playing many full matches to completion
5. Contacting support and providing a full screenshot of my desktop Proof of Purchase with the visible web address bar
