Missing Founders pack content

I purchased the Founders pack via a third-party seller, on the 17th of December. I then used the code on the 18th of December 2025, that same day I went into the game and realised that I have the founders pack, Because the game told me as such, and I believe I obtained the hemlock skin from it, but I did not obtain the three legend skins nor the three banner skins,  And I definitely didn't obtain the 2000 legend Apex Coins

I even have an Xbox/Microsoft receipt proving that I claimed the founders pack via this code

I contacted the support and to put it bluntly they were useless. They kept telling me the contact the seller which as we all know is not going to do anything because they aren't affiliated with EA

The attached image is the receipt from Microsoft stating that the founders pack was claimed on the 18th December 2024

This is very slowly devolving into a legal problem,  Because the fact of the matter is the code is active, my platform stated I claimed it and I'm missing stuff from it
