Missing Heirloom shards after cross progressing

I have somehow lost 150 heirloom shards after the cross progression stuff, and EA support can't even help me with it...

    Hey @iTzNamahage,

    Would these have been on your PlayStation or PC account?

    I do see a couple actual heirlooms on the PC account linked to this EA account as well as the Tokens, Coins, and crafting materials present at the time, but no shards there just prior to Cross Progression taking effect.

    Did you have any other accounts those shards may have been on aside from these?

    no, this was, and is my only account. Is there no trace of the shards on your end?

    Hi @iTzNamahage,

    On this account, afraid not. The other currencies had balances as mentioned above, but there don't appear to have been shards on either PC or PlayStation prior to Cross Progression taking place.

    Hi @iTzNamahage,

    If we don't have any sign the shards were on the account, we wouldn't have anything to restore, I'm afraid.

    dang, that's truly an experience. Do you have any idea of what could have caused this? can you maybe double-check?

    Hey @iTzNamahage,

    There's really not much room to miss something in this particular area, sorry.

    Of all the currencies on each of these accounts prior to the Cross Progression merge, heirloom shards were at 0.
