Missing in-game purchase history/record

I had purchased the System Takeover bundle as a gift (on Nov 1, 2022) and my friend never received it. I've sent in multiple EA help requests/tickets but they either went no further than me asking or I was just told to wait. For the most recent EA help ticket that I submitted for this, I chatted with EA help and told them when the purchase was made and they said that I had no purchased gifts on that date. I also purchased that bundle for myself, and when I reached out to them earlier today, they said that they were unable to share those details with me. I'm not sure what to do now, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey @clertt,

    Typically it can take 24 hrs after the purchase to see your content, If you don't have your purchase after that time you will want to reach out to our support with your Purchase Information, so they can look into this further.

    @EA_Illium the purchase was in-game, so I can't check my purchase history for it. It was also purchased in November, so it's definitely been more than 24 hours. When I was able to talk to someone about the missing gift, they said that my account had no history of gifts sent on that day, even though I know the amount of Apex coins I had decreased by the same amount the bundle cost. I also purchased the bundle for myself, but I don't know if that's showing up in my in-game purchase history either.
