I would like to know if my child's EA account created in 2022 is valid.
My child is 12 years old now.
The platform is a Nintendo Switch.
On February 4th, on the APEX title screen

I can no longer play the game because of the indication.
According to the email I received from EA on December 22, 2024,
"Please follow the steps to continue using your child's EA account. If authentication is not completed by January 2025, access to your child's EA account will be disabled."

Please solve the problem so that the game can continue with the same account.
I was able to solve the above problem today.
When I downloaded EA app on my PC, I was able to solve this problem by entering the ID, password, and parent email address of children under 12 years of age and authenticating them.
This could not be authenticated no matter how many times I tried from the Nintendo Switch itself or from the EA.com site.
However, after downloading the EA app and trying the above method, it was solved.My child is also very happy.
