Missing longbow skin

Long time player and I’ve never seen this happen before. I was opening a couple packs when I opened a basic pack and it gave me a legendary longbow skin, it looked really nice and was covered in ice. When I went to go inspect it in my loadout, I noticed I had a couple skins for the longbow and various other guns that I never had. I tried equipping the skin I just got from the pac when it literally crashed my game and error coded me. No big deal till I logged back in and the skin I just got was missing along with the other couple of skins I never saw. I don’t mind losing the other ones, I just want the one I actually earned back. But hey, at least the store is fixed now ig
