Missing Nemesis Battle Pass Skin

Hi! I am missing the Level 60 Nemesis Battle Pass skin from the first stage of Season 25. I had purchased the Premium Battle Pass for Season 25 and leveled it up to 60, then I stopped logging in. Recently, when I logged back into the game, I found that I was missing the final reward skin. Here are some pictures as proof. The first picture shows the Nemesis skin I own, and you can see that the Level 60 Battle Pass skin is missing. The next one is proof that my Battle Pass reached level 60, as you can see from the badge that is only awarded at level 60. The other two pictures can prove that I did purchase the Premium Battle Pass for the first stage of Season 25.

Is there a fix to this, or if anyone had the same experience would they be able to help?
