Missing purchased apex coins

I bought some apex coins from amazon yesterday, redeemed them, and they still haven't shown up on my game.

  • @RhinoArch I'm not sure why that is happening to you.

    There is a live chat option that might be worth trying. 

    If you need to speak with one of the chat support advisers you may need to play around with the contact subjects in your case setup. This got me to live chat.

    You can contact EA live support at
    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    Then to speak with a chat adviser choose the appropiate options:

    Game or Service eg Origin

    Platform eg PC

    Topic eg Missing content

    Issue eg had content and lost it

    Recommended support option will be live chat.

    Then you can choose to begin a live chat.
    There may be some waiting time.

    Hey @RhinoArch,

    Just to double-check something I've seen happen a few times, codes for coins like this are typically platform specific. 

    If you play on console, were you able to verify the code is for that same platform?

    If you're on PC with a PC code, I would try launching Apex from the EA app if you typically use Steam, as that can also affect certain types of codes. If that gets them to show up, you should be fine to log back in with Steam to see and spend them there if you prefer.

    At that point if you're still running into trouble and haven't been able to get those to appear, please reach out to support directly so they can take a closer look at your account as we're unable to do so via the forums.

  • What email address is it? Everytime I hit the Email Us button, it basically takes my back to the same page. Like it's refreshing the page. It's happening on my PC and my phone.

  • When i select the option to email nothing happens

    i cant create a ticket or email about my apex coins being redeemed but not showing up in game

    @RhinoArch yes, create a new case, below contact EA, and then select the options above.

    If that is a picture of you in the bottom left of your picture, can you please delete the picture.
