What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. we were fighting.

What happens when the bug occurs? We started a match during the last day of the Legendary Hunt Event while the counter was still on (assuming it was working) in the late night hours around 2-3 am eastern standard time. I recall there being about 35 mins left on the timer when we started the match and secured our second win required for the legendary triple take skin. We won the match that we started during the timer dependent conditional event, but the condition state was not recognized.
What should be happening instead? We should have been awarded the skin.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look in logs or timestamps of user(s) mentioned or Microsoft Azure Cloud?
