Small update: EA Live Support has now confirmed that missing Cross Progression content may still have an entitlement attached to the EA account.
Because some of my 2019 Origin content transferred while other content is missing, they have forwarded my case to the game team for further investigation.
Hopefully this can determine whether the missing legacy content can still be recovered. Any updates or additional insight from your side EA_mplsnow?
