Missing Twitch Drops- Load Screens

Missing 6 Twitch Drops that was a year ago I recently just check to see if I had them, I don't know why those got removed or bug out. I do have the one that Game Pass / EA Play should gave me but I kinda don't care for it but I wouldn't if you fix or found the problem for it. The Loading screen with the big sea monster "The Shield" that Game Pass should've gave me wasn't received and the "Win Together" one too I hope this isn't to much work for you, you can forget the Game Pass / EA Play Stuff if that out of your power but the Twitch drops are the ones that I need fix.
