Missing Valkyrie's Suzaku Heirloom

Hi!

I just got cross-progression but I'm missing my heirloom from console! I purchased everything in the awakening event and got Valkyrie's Suzaku Heirloom. Now it isn't showing up on my pc account (the one that took over). I've tried restarting the game, restarting my pc, and even making sure servers are running as they should to no avail. 

I was so excited to have my heirlooms in one place but am now worried it's lost for good
