Monster Energy "Not eligible"

It says I'm not eligible. I'm not sure why it says I'm not eligible.

    I know some of these sites require users to be 18+ years old, as stated in the Terms and Conditions that I linked in my previous Post.

    Do you meet that requirement? Maybe there's an age restriction on making accounts.
