moonlight/sunshine

Hi,
I have recently set up a Sunshine client on my pc to use remote play on my tv.

My intended usage is NOT including Apex Legends, and since the installation I have kept the sunshine server on manual start, ensuring it was closed before opening Steam/Apex Legends.
This is by the way quite tedious and prevents me from enjoying the setup the way it was intended, thus I wanted to know what is the policy of EA/Respawn towards Moonlight/Sunshine or any other remote play streaming application like, for example, Parsec.
I want to clarify once again that I am NOT interested in using remote play for Apex Legends, I just want to enable the service at startup so I can eventually start other applications directly from the tv, this means that a Sunshine server would be running (waiting for connection) at anytime, even when playing Apex Legends, even if it will never be used for Apex Legends.
My main concerns are regarding the anticheat, as you can imagine I`m writing this post because I want my account to be safe 🙂
Please let me know if I can finally enable it or if it might be flagged as something that I should not use.
Thanks!
