Do everything Heni 63 said, for me it's better if you choose the second last resolution in 16:9 (someting like 1768x9--).
This game has a big input lag/delay problem.
With all of that enabled i can still sense it.
Good luck with that problem hope the developpers will have time with all the stuff they have to fix (servers, realising the battlepass, etc..)
