Mouse stuttering while moving the cursor
Happening everywhere in the game & when I'm alt tabbing back to the game, for like 5 to 10 seconds overall while moving my mouse cursor - the feeling is like I'm dynamically changing my DPI to 100 when it stuttering.
The thing is - somehow while it's stuttering, my GPU (RTX 3080) just dropping GPU Utilization from 98% to 35%-64% & then it's going to normal 99%.
Playing with 8000Hz, CPU is bouncing from 45% to 55% max while gaming.
Other games working without any issues.
