Move account progression from ps4 to xbox series x

Hello, I just got a new Xbox series x and I want to move my account from my old ps4 pro to the new Xbox.

How do I check to which ea account my ps4 account is linked, in order to use the same on in my Xbox?

Thank you!I can see in my ea account that I have a ps account connected, I'm not sure if it's my account or my brother's, is there any way to check before connecting it to the Xbox?
