missing rewards ultimate pass apex

Hello,

I purchased the Apex Legends Ultimate Pass for the current season and have progressed to the required levels, but several rewards are not appearing in my account. This includes: crafting materials, legend skins, gun skins and apex coins

Details:

• Platform: PC

• Account ID / Origin ID:  mintycatfish43

• Season:  Season 29 spilt 2

• Time of purchase: 8th of july at 10:45am

• Issue: Rewards show as unlocked on the pass track but are not in my inventory.

I have already tried:

 Restarting the game and PC

 Verifying game files / repairing the install

 Checking both in-game inventory and the “Unlocked” section

 Logging out and back in

Could you please investigate and restore these missing items? Thank you

    Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that.

    If the rewards are showing as unlocked on the Ultimate Pass track but still aren’t appearing in your inventory, I can understand how frustrating that must be, especially after already trying all of those steps.

    Unfortunately, missing rewards and account-related issues like this can’t really be restored through the forums. The best next step would be to contact the support team directly and include the details you shared here, especially your platform, EA ID, season/split, purchase time, and which rewards are missing.
