Multiple times a day, I get disconnected mid game, I relaunch and no reconnect

I get disconnnected multiple times a day, in normals and in ranked. I'm playing on the closest server to me (st louis). Once I'm disconnected, discord and everything else still works. I relaunch the game immediately, It puts me in the lobby to start a new game. Even though my friends see me as still in the game. It never gives me a reconnect option. In a ranked game yesterday, I was alone, disconnected, and my friend sat and watched me for 5 minutes. The entire time I'm sitting in the lobby. He leaves eventually, we start another match, 10 minutes later we die and back in the lobby I have a leaver penalty from the game before. I don't understand. At all. The reconnect NEVER works.
