My account apex hacked and banned

An email arrived today saying that I took a permanent ban on the apex, since I'm not even playing and no one has my account because I don't like to pass the bills for my game, I wanted to ask to see the ip of the machine that took the ban because it's not from my computer and I don't think it's from my continent.
I just want my account unbanned
