Sorry to hear your progress seems to have been reset. Usually when this happens, it's due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
It looks like that may be what's going on here as well, as the EA account you're posting with has not launched Apex on Xbox until very recently. Whichever EA account your Xbox was connected to before the current one is likely the account with that progress.
If you know which other account that may have been, you can try linking your Xbox profile back there instead. If you're not sure which account that may be or no longer have access, it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked or updated.
