My account got banned

Im currently in the same exact situation youre in man. my ea account was permanently banned because my username on apex was inappropriate. i guess someone potentially reported it and made my apex account inaccessible ever again. i was sent a warning email prior to my ban but the email used on it is one that i never ever check, i only made it to make my psn account with it. and me not checking it  for years, i didnt know my account about to be banned. ive sent numerous emails about appealing the ban and literally begging to be allowed the chance to change my username on apex to anything appropriate/acceptable, but no one there cares to understand my unfair treatment of losing my account that ive spent many years growing my account and stats. not to mention the whopping $700 ive spent on it to get all the content thats been released since its launch. with me being a day 1 season 0 player who's been greatly dedicated to apex. having everything thats been achieved and spent on it straight up deleted forever without any re-consideration of giving me a second chance, is what has ruined and trashed my relationship and/or opinion on anything from EA. its also worth while for me to mention that with my EA account being banned, i also lost access and can no longer play any other game from EA that ive spent time on. battlefront 2 is one that i lost everything i had on it. EA is just proving that they dont believe, nor take any action in showing appreciation for their consumers who spend years on their games giving support. ive been given the negligence that shows im not deserving of a gracious second chance for the years spent grinding apex alongside my battlefront 2 account
