My account got reset for no reason after years of progress

Account resets like this usually happen when players unlink their platform account from one EA account and link it to a new profile. 

There is a warning you need to accept before completing these steps, and we have it explained here on our website. Account Unlinking Risks

*If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you still can access the account.

If that’s the case why would it kick me out in the middle of a game? I thought putting my information again was just to log me back in. So if that was the case how would it transfer my information to another? When I wasn’t even doing that. 

I’m trying to unlink my account but it says I can’t til 7/15/2024. So it’s making this nearly impossible to even do myself. Is my information not on there? Even on my main menu on the ps5 it shows I have more than a 1000+ hrs on there with achievements unlocked. But once I start the game I’m level 1. I have spent money on both games as well. So not recovering my account and losing not only my achievements but the money I spent on the game is not something I just wanna be okay with. Please and thank you!
