My Account Has Been Falsely Banned
My account has been falsely banned.
It's been over a year i can't open Apex Legeds because it says i have been banned. I don't play much the game so i just brushed it aside because i have been busy with my studies and work, and honestly it has never been my game of preference, but my friend LOVES this game and started inviting me to play recently.
My suspicion is that someone managed to get into my EA Account (that is secure now), and link their steam account to my Apex account. I have already unlinked their account over a year ago and linked my actual account. I don't know if that person cheated or broke any TOS like hate speech, but i have been permanently banned because of them.
If you check the IP Adress of the connetion being used when the account was banned you will see that it's different from mine (probably even from another region, i'm located in south america, Brazil)
I could make a new account since the level of mine wasn't actually that high but i would be way easier if i could have my main EA Account and main Steam Account linked without having to re-add all of my friends, and keep the few skins i enjoyed having.
