I had a kid and haven't played since before they were born so sometimes May 2024? I got on today and saw my account was reset to level 1, all legends I have previously bought were locked, all cosmetics were gone. I have been playing since season 0 and coming back online to see all my items, progress and legends gone is disheartening. Is there anything to be done to get my items and progress back? If not I dont know if I'll ever come back to the game as that is years worth of progress gone.
